Choose carefully pills with added herbs or other nutrients. They typically do not include enough of each herb to offer therapeutic doses. If you stick with the basic multivitamin you will get more of what you need on a daily basis. You can add other supplements later based on your particular needs.
Which Vitamins Are Most Important?
Choose a pill that contains 100 percent of the daily value of Vitamin D, B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin) B 3 (niacin), B6, B12 and folic acid. Avoid fillers, sugars, starch and gluten.
I Can’t Take Iron - Is There A Formula For Me?
Vegetarian formulas like Eco Green do not contain iron. However pre-menopausal women need iron. Men and post- menopausal women don’t need iron, iron can increase the risk of cardiovascular problems.
I Cannot Swallow Large Pills, What Should I Do?
Many manufacturers sell the chewable form of multivitamins. You can also choose a liquid multivitamin, but these are not as convenient as pills and many people skip taking their daily dose due to storage and time constraints. Keep a small supply of multivitamins in your car or purse and you will have them handy when you forget to take one in the morning.
Is The Expiration Date Important?
Always check the expiration date. This assures you that the manufacturer and distributor care enough to make sure the product remains active.
I See Mega Doses Advertised, Are These A Good Idea?
Avoid pills with mega doses of anything - unless your physician or nutritionist has prescribed them.
How Should I Store My Vitamins?
Multivitamins should be stored in a cool, dry place. The refrigerator is an excellent idea, but not necessary unless specifically stated on the label.
How Should I Take The Multivitamins?
Take the pill with food, which helps the body absorb fat-soluble nutrients. You can take it without food, but by eating something with your vitamins you will promote absorption and this will most likely keep you from developing an unpleasant feeling if vitamins tend to upset your stomach.

Email may be fast becoming the preferred means of business
communications and marketing, but, according to Karen Fegarty,
it is only an effective tool if your messages are getting
through to your opt-in clients. This is not always the case.
“You can find a lot of data that shows that information is
not getting through by email, and the impact that has on
any given business. AOL currently blocks about 80 per cent
of all email to its users, data from Return Path suggests,
on average, 22 per cent of legitimate opt-in email
wasn’t delivered to user inboxes, and the costs to business
of incorrectly blocked opt-in email is expected to reach
$419 million by 2008.”
Why is such a high percentage of business email not getting
through? For the most part, it comes down to the growing
phenomenon of blacklists. A blacklist is a database of
internet addresses (IPs) that have either been identified
as, or are being used by companies and individuals to send
spam. There are many blacklists in existence and service
and bandwidth providers (ISPs) subscribe to these lists to
filter out the spam that their customers receive. In theory,
it’s a sensible solution to a significant problem, but the
lists have their flaws, which means that many legitimate
opt-in messages are being blocked from reaching business
clients. Because it only takes one complaint, it is very
easy for a company’s IP to be added - and erroneously - to
a high-use blacklist like SpamCorp. Also, many blacklists
add IPs in blocks, so if one user of an IP is labeled a
spammer, any business using it will be penalized. And there
have been instances where companies have falsely reported
competitors as spammers, just to gain a market advantage.
Fegarty’s company, MailWorkZ, has come up with one of the
most effective tools available to avoid erroneously blocked
opt-in email - BlackList Monitor. Launched in 2004, the
web-based service actively monitors, on an hourly basis,
75 of the most popular blacklists, providing clients with
automated email notifications if their IPs are found on
any of these lists. It also provides clients with the
best available information on how to contact and negotiate
the removal of their IPs from any blacklist.
According to Fegarty, the genesis of BlackList Monitor came
from problems that MailWorkZ and its clients were having
sending email to clients.
“Not only do we have an email marketing software product
Broadc@st - that companies can buy and use to send their
own campaigns, we also conduct email campaigns on behalf
of clients through our own servers.”
Seeing the deliverability of a major client’s email decline
due to blacklists, Fegarty and her team knew they needed
an effective solution, and fast: “We needed to determine
exactly where we were listed on a real-time basis so we
could take immediate steps to be removed. We didn’t have
time to check the lists daily, let alone hourly, or to find
information to negotiate a way off the lists. It needed to
be an instant, automated process.”
With this in mind, MailWorkZ spent about four months of
development work over the course of a year coming up with
a solution using the .Net platform. During that time,
the company conducted extensive research, wading through
thousands of blacklists to determine the ones that were
checked by the majority of major ISPs, how the lists
determined legitimate email, and how to negotiate a way
out of these databases.
Since its launch in June 2004, MailWorkZ has registered
more than 400 active BlackList Monitor accounts, and is
monitoring more than 1000 IPs. Client renewal rate,
adds Fegarty, is over 50%, and feedback has been uniformly
positive.
“Clients are indicating that this is a necessary tool,
improving their email marketing success. They’ve also
indicated that they appreciate the fact that it is easy
to use, and how beneficial the removal information is
for them.”
Fegarty says that the company is focusing its marketing
efforts on the UK and building greater market share in
the U.S.

When you think of exceptional cars that are built in Europe, does your mind run strictly to cars made by Rolls Royce, BMW, or Mercedes? Perhaps Jaguar and Lamborghini come to mind as well. Each of these makes deserve all the accolades given to them. Still, there are three makes that are, for various reasons, exceptional. Let’s take a look at Volvo, Volkswagen, and Audi, the three makes featured in this article.
For a country of just nine million to produce one automaker would be amazing enough. To lay claim to two automakers is simply phenomenal. Both Volvo and Saab are from this particular country which is Sweden. Now a part of Ford Motor Company, Volvo has greatly influenced the automobile industry over the years. Safety standards that had been universally low elsewhere are much more appreciated with Volvo. Front end crumple zones, reinforced roofs and specially designed interiors have all had their origin with Volvo. Out of these high safety standards have come a line of cars that are, indeed, some of the best built and safest cars on the road. Fortunately, through Volvo’s leadership, many automakers around the world have incorporated Volvo’s high safety standard. This is what makes Volvo exceptional in my eyes.
The company that brought to the world the first people’s car, the Beetle, is also exceptional. First designed in Germany during the 1930s, the Beetle survived World War II and was one of the most mass produced and loved cars in the world. From the 1950s forward the Beetle managed to make motorized transportation available to people who otherwise could not afford a car. From college students in the US to migrant workers in Mexico and from the gritty cities of Holland to the Irish farmlands, the Beetle made owning a car affordable the majority of the masses. Even after importation to the US ceased during the 1970s, the Beetle was produced for another generation and sold in Mexico.
Without drawing out the point too far, the term that best describes Audi’s quattro technology is “superior handling.” Perhaps that is an understatement but when Audi introduced quattro all wheel drive the company threw the gauntlet down and told the rest of the auto making world that quattro was the standard by which all luxury sedans would be judged. Audi’s quattro technology has given the company such a huge advantage over competitors that over the years it has been banned from certain types of racing. Indeed, Audi’s quattro technology provides continuous traction long past when other road handling schematics have reached their threshold.
So, there you have it. Three truly exceptional automobiles from the European continent, exceptional in ways, perhaps, that should be labeled as extraordinary.

The first step to starting any Internet business is conducting keyword research to determine if there is any interest in your idea. Once you identify a need, it’s time to consider what your site should look like.
What Is The Goal?
In considering the look of your site, you first need to determine what elements are needed to promote your service or product. There are endless books, forums and people with adamant opinions on the subject. Some opine a site should be all about linking, while others opine creating a community through message boards is the key. A third set righteously point out a site should be slick or cool, while a fourth group will argue just the opposite. So, who is right and who is wrong? The answer is…all of them.
When developing a site, the goal is actually very simple. Your site should be useful. That’s it, the big secret. The problem, of course, is “useful” means different things for different sites.
A site that provides a service to businesses, such as consulting, should focus on content and linking. A site that promotes something related to entertainment should have an element of cool and have message boards to discuss rumors, etc. A site that sells products should focus on linking and loading quickly, i.e., a simple, clean design. The point is that each site is unique and there is no universal answer. Whatever the particular direction of your site, simply make sure it is useful to your users.
Site Examples
Let’s use Google as our example. What does Google do? It gives users the ability to search and find relevant information. So, should the home page of Google look “cool”? Should it have a lot of content on how to conduct searches? Should it have forums to create a sense of community? No, the home page would be most useful if it simply let you search without bombarding you with a lot of clutter. Indeed, the Google home page is just that.
What about a product site? Let’s use Nomad Journals - http://www.nomadjournals.com - as our example. The site sells writing journals for outdoor activities such as hiking, travel, rock climbing, etc. The site is simple, clean and loads fairly quickly. Unlike Google, the site immediately needs to convey an outdoor impression to visitors. This is accomplished with three outdoor images, a graphic of a “nomad” and images of the journals. The text is keyword dense, but compact and to the point. The page conveys the nature of the product and the “vibe” of the business.
On the other end of the spectrum, consider an entertainment site such as American Idol - http://www.idolonfox.com. The site is slick, offers polls and has community message boards where fans can post messages about the competition. This is a very good layout for this site, but would be horrible for Google or Nomad Journals.
Don’t Rush
From the above examples, you can see that there is no universally correct design for a site. Before charging off to build a site, spend at few days considering what it should look like and WHY. Visit sites that you use frequently. Why do you keep going back? What annoys you about other sites? How do these factors translate to your site?
Once you have the answers, you will be on your way.

Now there is no law that says you have to follow these rules, but if you are in business on the Web, you should definitely pay attention.
Rule #1 - Turn off your CAPS LOCK - Some people seem to feel that if they write their E-mail in ALL CAPS it will be more effective.
Quite the opposite is the case. CAPS should be used only for emphasis. Many people consider the use of ALL CAPS as being the equivalent of shouting and do take offense at it.
Rule #2 - Never send multiple E-mails without using Blind Carbon Copies (BCC). If every E-mail address you sent it to is displayed, you are making the spammers job a lot easier when they harvest addresses. But you have to address it to someone, even if using BCC, so remember, there are a lot of “kooks” in this world who will persecute anyone they can identify.
When using BCC, never send the note to someone on your mailing list. If you have a second ID use that, or send the note to yourself with copies to everyone on your list. That way, if someone decides to “vent” it will come back to you and not someone on your list. It also gives you a permanent record of the E-mails you sent to your mailing list. If you don’t have a second ID#, you can get one easily at Juno, Hotmail, etc.
Rule #3 - Are you sure your E-mail was actually sent to your mailing list? One easy way to be sure it was, is to include your E-mail address in your file of names you send it to. A good method is to include your address at the very end of the list. If you get your copy, you can be sure everyone else did as well.
Rule #4 - Don’t Bore Them to Death - Advertising by E-mail is a cheap and effective way to get your message out to people, and most people don’t mind getting an E-mail if it is short and to the point, but don’t spam and send to people you don’t already have a relationship with. Also, don’t try to sell them your product or services with your first mailing. Try to pique their curiosity instead and have them either reply to your E-mail or visit your Web Site.
Rule #5 - Honor Removes - if someone asks to be removed from your mailing list, do it immediately and send them a courtesy note advising them it has been done. Keeping people on your mailing list that don’t want to receive your information is not only bad form, but can cost you your ISP if a complaint is lodged against you.
And NEVER forge headers so they can’t respond to you by E-mail.
This is the favorite trick of the scamsters who don’t want you to respond to their E-mail, and give you a number to call or a form to fill out instead.
Rule #6 - Be sure that you are not sending the same person multiple E-mails. This is a definite sign of spam and most people will simply delete them.
Rule #7 - I still get E-mails with no text and the message they wish me to read is an attachment to the E-mail. It is immediately deleted as it could very well contain a virus - even from someone you know. Some ISP’s have a top limit to the amount of text they will display, and anything larger is automatically converted to an attachment. Many people will not go through this exercise, so you should ensure that your E-mail message can be read by all the people it is sent to, without them having to open an attachment.

In part 2, of our Bible Prophecy series, we will look at earthquakes, War and their effect, not only on mankind, but of how they are effecting prophecy. Earthquakes have always occurred from the foundation of the earth. Why then are earthquakes so important now? The number and locations are the devideing factor between the earthquakes of the past and the ones that we are experience today.
What is a earthquake, trembling or shaking movement of the earth’s surface. Most earthquakes are minor tremors. Larger earthquakes usually begin with slight tremors but rapidly take the form of one or more violent shocks, and end in vibrations of gradually diminishing force called aftershocks. On average about 1,000 earthquakes with intensities of 5.0 or greater are recorded each year. Great earthquakes (intensity 8.0 or higher) occur once a year, major earthquakes (intensity 7.0-7.9) occur 18 times a year, strong earthquakes (intensity 6.0-6.9) 10 times a month, and moderate earthquakes (intensity 5.0-5.9) more than twice a day.
God has built in a natural safety valve into the earth for expansion and contraction. This safety valve is called an earthquake. The number, magnitude and location is important in understanding the Scriptures that deal with the end days. The first scripture that we will deal with is Matthew 24:7.
1.For nation shall rise against nation, ( The number of wars are continuing to grow each year.
In just my life time, I have seen, Wars in Viet-Nam, Granada, The cold war with the Soviet Union, Iraq 1, Iraq 2 , Afghanistan, Israel and all their wars with Egypt, Iran, Syria, East Bank, and the Gaza Strip, ect and The unseen war with the extreme elements of Alqaeda and The Nation of Muslim fanatics The Soviet Union and Afghanistan) and
2. kingdom against kingdom: The Muslim Nation is divided concerning Jehad and the way to convert all men to Mohmmad-ism. The United Nations are split into pieces barely holding on, because of the division among all nations.) and
3.there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. ( This section is easy to understand and relate to, India, Pakistan, Africa, Bird Flue, ect. The fear of another pandemic is growing among not only the people of earth but also the medical community.) (In recent years, and especially in 2005, we have seen earthquakes occur in China, Pakistan, America, South America, Japan, China, Philippens, The Soviet Union, ect.)
Mark 13:8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows. (”these are the beginnings of sorrows.”) The Bible tells us in the end days, there will be a significant change in the nature of the earth and the attitude of man. Why is all this happening?
The will of man, his pride, arrogance, lust for power, possessions and fame, have over ridden the will of God and man kinds love for one another. Hate, distrust, fear, suspicion, prejudice, have all become the catalyst for many a disaster in the world and will be the down fall of man. To prove what I have already said, lets look at two sections of Scripture from the Book of Revelations.
1.Rev 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen( This is past occurrence and future prophecy.), that great city ( The habitation of the Babylonian People and the Spirit of Babylon that has changed man-kinds attitude.), because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
(”Fornication.” Extramarital sex)(Sex here means a departure from the Truth of the Bible to in-joining of false doctrine and a criminal conversion from The Truth of scripture to follow after all manner of cult activities.) (that willfully and maliciously inter-fears with marriage relations. Criminal conversion.)(People that try to worship God on one hand and embrace false doctrine on the other.)
2. Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils (Devils in this instance means, People of Hatred, confusion, Cruel and inhuman people, haters of God and haters of man, demonic), and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
(The word “Bird” in Rev. 18:2 means, A cry or noise to display contempt or displeasure, an out cry of hate and prejudice.) If you’ve noticed in Rev.14:8 and 18:2, the phrase, “is fallen, is fallen” is repeated. Why? In Hebrew when a subject or word is mentioned twice, it signifies that the event mentioned will occur twice. Babylon the City was destroyed, The spirit of Babylon will also be destroyed.
This is what is starting to occur today. The Nations of the world have become what God has already destroyed once, Babylon. Luke 21:11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers (Many) places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights (tsunamis) and great signs shall there be from heaven. ( Meteorites, Meteors, Comets.)
Rev 11:13. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell (Jerusalem ), and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand:(a tenth part of the city’s population)(This signifies a population at the time of this earthquake at 700,000 people)
(The population of Jerusalem, as censored at the end of 2003, was 693,200 people.) and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.(References; Isa 22:5 For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord God of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.
Zec 14:3-7; Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.)
Rev 16:18-19 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city (Jerusalem) was divided into three parts,(EU Wants Israel to Divide Jerusalem. 15:51 Nov 27, ‘05 / 25 Cheshvan 5766 By Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu)
(For the past three years we have been reporting that the time is coming when the world will force Israel into dividing Jerusalem with the PA. Well that time is here. Watch over the coming years for a “political move ” to use the estab-lishment of the next Jewish temple as a bargaining chip for Israel to divide its capital.
The division of Jerusalem would fit into Bible Prophecy. We must keep in mind that the Lord declared that once the Jews took possession of Israel again (1947) it would never again go back into gentile hands. Hence, half of Jerusalem does not constitute a full surrender of it. I believe this issue could be the spring board that Satan will use to bring forth his false Messiah, the Anti-christ.
God’s plan for the end of the ages and the beginning of Messiah’s reign is moving forward with pin-point accuracy!) and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. ars. end pt. 2.

Stay Married
Along with any tough decision comes reluctance, especially when that decision involves an actual process and might potentially involve emotional pain or anguish. Deciding whether or not to get a divorce or stay married can be a frightening time for most people, even if they know deep inside themselves that they have to actually make a decision, one way or another.
People are reluctant to embark on an ‘emotionally driven’ decision making process because they fear that it will be uncomfortable or painful for them. The irony here is obvious…if they need to make this decision, their life or a portion if it, is already uncomfortable. One thing is for certain, deciding whether to get a divorce or stay married is indeed a process.
This process, like any other, includes key elements…elements that need to be examined. The elements of this process are self-revealing and can only come from within the person making the decision. The decision making process is comprised of stages and viewpoints about those stages. Stages are smaller pieces of the overall process and the viewpoints of each of those stages are only defined by the person making the decision. If you’re trying to decide whether or not you should get a divorce or stay married, you must look at the stage of life you are currently in, and understand how you feel about it by clearly defining your viewpoint about it.
Are you completely unhappy?
Relatively unhappy?
Partially unhappy?
Do you feel that your marriage is unhealthy enough that you intend to do something about it?
Etc.
You can look back in the past and reflect on other stages of your life and examine how you felt about those stages if they contributed to your problem as you view it now. Reflecting on the past can be an effective way to identify key occurrences that may have shaped the way your viewpoint is currently. Reflecting also can help you to identify trends in behavior that may have contributed to your viewpoint. But in the end, the viewpoint and stage that matters most is the current one and that’s the one that you need to define and assess most.
It is human tendency to reflect on the past and hold onto thoughts and feelings that were once good, but doing this might keep you in a stale mate if you dwell on the past too much. You have to look at the present time and actually “decide to decide” so to speak. Once you do realize that you need to decide whether or not to get a divorce, there will be things that will creep up that will actually keep you from taking action and deciding.
Here are 5 reasons you might not be deciding to take action when it comes to deciding whether you should get a divorce or stay married:
1. You know that the severity of divorce is something not to be taken lightly so you avoid that “potential” outcome by doing nothing.
I assure you, if you realize that divorce is serious, you’re ahead of the game because it means that you will do what it takes to change your situation!
2. You haven’t decided to take action because you think you actually do want a divorce, and you think that divorce can create emotional scars that take a long time to heal.
3. You know that, whatever the outcome, you’re really not ready to face a potentially painful end result, so you avoid the situation all together.
4. You are just flat out scared to make a decision about divorce because you know that making this difficult decision will involve profound change and deep “self-examination”. And, like most of us, you want to avoid the pain and discomfort that goes with that.
5. You just don’t know where to start because you are confused due to the emotional complexities of the situation. You really don’t know how you feel.
All are these are valid points, but they are really just excuses to do nothing.
And, if you do nothing, the problem will still remain. And that problem is “indecision”.
You haven’t committed to decide. If any of these things are keeping you from making a decision about whether to stay married, you’re doing more harm to yourself than good. In fact, by doing nothing, you are only compounding your problem. You are contributing to your own unhappiness by not taking action and that is just flat out unhealthy!
The first stage to going through the process of deciding whether or not to get a divorce, is to overcome your fear of the potential outcome and embrace this ‘emotionally driven’ process. Defining your fears and identifying why you aren’t making the decision, or at least starting the decision making process about getting a divorce or staying married, is the only way you will be able to reach your ultimate goal…making a final decision to either get divorced or try to work it out.

The best term for having your hair fall out is alopecia. The most recorded kind of baldness is male pattern baldness and hits regularly over a quarter of males and girls. This kind of hair loss is traditionally permanent.
Permanent hair loss comes in a variety of types. Male pattern baldness will probably start to show in the astonishingly early part of a man?s life, with hair loss starting as quickly as twenty years old. The usual very first signs will probably include loss of hair follicles surrounding the top of the head and furthermore at the forehead. The result will be partial or full total baldness. Visit Advanced Hair Studio and get the latest baldness treatments in the studios or for home.
Girl pattern baldness is nearly similar to male pattern baldness resulting in permanent hair follicle loss and baldness. This type of hair loss and baldness is oftentimes developed after a girl gives birth. The hormone imbalance creates hair loss although ladies do not naturally experience whole loss of hair.
The last type of forever hair loss is by Cicatricial. This happens when inflammation in the scalp causes scaring and the hair follicles fall out forever and never come back. The man will lose hair folicles in different sections of the scalp, or even spread all over the scalp.
With permanent hair loss the awesome solution for many people can be to investigate a special hair clinic in order to gain back confidence.

Anger can manifest itself in many ways. Most people know anger because it manifests inself as physical abuse. Striking another in anger is never best. Now that doesn’t mean that there isn’t a time or place for correction . However discipline and anger are never partners in correct parenting.
First of all correction is the deliberate act of recognizing error or mistake and endeavoring to help change the behavior with the wisdom and knowledge that you have but in your opinion the transgressor lacks. In other words a deliberate decision to help, through knowledge and wisdom. Notice the lack of emotion. Emotion is a result of feelings. You have a feeling and your body reacts instinctively with an emotion. No thought is generally required.
Now if you can funnel your emotion into its proper channels then you can begin to study the act and the appropriate action, not reaction. We too often these days react to everything we experience with our five senses. Too much like animals and not enough like intelligent human beings. As humans we need to continue to evolve into more intelligent sensitive beings who care for our fellow man while still cling to our heritage of God and family and country.
